The Company is the controller of your Personal Data and in this capacity, the Company undertakes to make every effort to ensure the confidentiality of your Personal Data and to ensure the unhindered exercise of your rights under the applicable Personal Data Protection Law.
5. Special note for minors.
Minors under the age of eighteen (18) and persons who do not have full capacity for legal capacity, according to the applicable jurisdiction in their case, are prohibited from disclosing to Us, through the Website, by telephone or in any other way, their Personal Data, without the prior consent of the person or persons exercising parental authority over them. 11. Right of information, access, objection and deletion.
11.1 With respect to your Personal Data, you retain, inter alia, the rights to information, access, objection and erasure («right to be forgotten»), as set out in particular in Articles 13-22 of the Regulation. In this context, at any time you may access your Personal Data that we maintain in databases in order to modify, correct or update these data, and even to object – at any time and for any reason – to the processing of Personal Data concerning you, as well as to withdraw any consent you may have given to the processing or to request their permanent deletion from the Company’s records. To do this, please follow the steps indicated in the message you will receive via the relevant means of communication (such as e-mail or SMS).
11.2 If you wish to withdraw your consent from all our newsletters as well as your consent to the use of your Personal Data for marketing, product and/or service promotion purposes, then you can use the unsubscribe link as indicated in the emails you have received. Please note that we may need to ask you to verify your identity before we can proceed with your request.
11.3 You may also request at any time to have your Personal Data that we hold in our records permanently deleted by contacting our Customer Service Department by e-mail at info@vanguard-drones.com or by telephone at 216 20 20 140. For our part, we will respond within thirty (30) working days of receiving your request.
In the event that we do not respond or our response is not considered satisfactory by you, you have the right to appeal to the Data Protection Authority and request a review of our response or failure to act.In the event of a request for erasure by you:
a) We will stop using and making available your Personal Data (unless otherwise provided or required by law).
b) We will delete all of your Personal Data from our databases, except for that contained in emails, correspondence or other documents that we may keep in order to be able to prove the terms of our contractual relationship with you or as otherwise provided by applicable law.
c) Taking into account the available technology and implementation costs, we will take reasonable technical and organisational measures to inform other processors who process your Personal Data on our behalf as specifically mentioned above that you have requested that they (the processors) delete any links to such data or copies or reproductions of your Personal Data.
